Ok, this is really getting irritating. Can people seriously take thier damn egos down a peg. I am really getting tired of these people who treat surrender votes like its the worst possible offence in the world. I keep getting paired with people who either A) Treat Surrender votes like if you dare call for a vote you should be banned for life B) Will sit around "Yeah this team sucks soooo bad, like Uninstall" and continue trash talking thier own team. But still vote "No" On a surrender vote or C) Get the endlessly optimistic ones who go around like the possibilty of losing With THEM on the team is 0% (as in all towers gone, inhibs down, 7-51 score and they will still vote no one surrender like "No We can still win guyz, all mid!" like that will magically turn the tide)

I can understand being optimistic, But I just got reported for negative...because I called for a surrender vote. Thats not being negative thats called BEING OBSERVANT. (we had a master yi who's answer to everything was "fight under towers" even when we had No towers left....) People are too happy to report for any reason, anything so that someone takes all the blame. (More scapegoats than every farm in NA)

had to vent. But seriously. Stop treating a surrender vote like anyone who brings one up should be reported and banned for life. And learn to actually look at the match and NOT waste everyone's time by forcing them to fight in a match most people know is already lost, just because you are too proud to actually admit that you have lost. Its along the same line as people who Think "Intentional Feeding = Being outplayed" (Aka "Going 0/1 = Hardcore FEEDER" and yes I had it happened. Reported for intentional feeding on my first death....)

Most of the time surrender votes are more of "Continuing is a waste of time, we already lost". If it ever reaches that point with no hope of a turn around (Score of 10-45, down 6 towers, 2 inhibitors down, and the enemy just got baron), There really is no winning from that unless that 1% chance of the enemy team doing some retard throw move which is highly unlikely since at that point your still so far behind, a single ace won't turn it around.

There are some games that are just unwinnable. The sooner people know this, the sooner they can stop being morons.

You sir (or madam).... might just be the writer of the most intelligent thing I've read all day. I hate the idiots aho act like surrendering is the worst thing in the world, and I hate the overly optomistic shmucks who think their ideals mean anything to me during a game. No I will not rush mid with you and no I don't care if you report me. I intend to sit at the base and watch you all fail. If there is any consolation to us losing, its watching you fools struggle.

theres also those times when we actually weren't that far behind and had a better lategame teamcomp, but ppl vote yes and surrender... even though we were catching up and about to surpass the enemy... like really guys.
