Champs Are Too Loud In Champ Select

The lines the champions say when they get banned are way too loud compared to the game SFX. I'd like to have the lines made more quiet, or simply have a separate sound option that controlled all sounds during champ select. My sound levels are perfect in game and I have the music off, but the champs ear rape me if I don't turn my headphones down during ban phase. If I am simply missing something in the options, my bad.
