I understand what you are trying to accomplish by delaying Elementalist Lux's release. I get that in game development there are no hard-set dates, because you can never know when something is going to reach the quality bar that you want before that date that you announce. Especially in the case of something big and exciting like an Ultimate skin. I get that you want to make sure that everything works and is great before you release it. I respect that a lot about you. I also understand that you want to keep players on their toes so that they could always log in to new content that they never expected. Which is great. Overwatch for example does this to great success with their holiday events.

However you can't have your cake and eat it too in this regard. You can't accomplish that feeling of potentially logging in any day to a fresh new event if you announce it beforehand. By showing off Elementalist Lux and then not attaching a hard date, all you are doing is making players excited and then disappointing them every morning at 10:00 AM. Because it COULD be any day, but it's not today. We just don't know. You either have to release content with the patch, or you have to give a date, or you can't announce new content until it's ready for Live. I have no problem with waiting for it to be finished. You could put the release date for Lux a month out for all I care. All I want is for this endless teasing every morning to end.
