Why hasn't anyone played top lane Tahm Kench yet?

I've tried it, and believe me, it was as fun as I thought. The 200 melee range on your AA makes your cs pretty easier than J4 does(besides the passive damage he does), and you can deal a ton of damage with your W on minions & shooting them onto your lane opponent. It's kind of similar to a Sion's minion E.

But I got a Defeat anyway, but ended with a KDA of 4/6/8, so it's all good. I was laning against a top lane, so I had a seriously bad first time Tahm experience.

P.S. Seriously, nerf . People have already gone crazy for bringing this into lane instead of fulfilling its buff in the jungle like the rest, such as (has jungle Q buffs, but still roams at top lane).
