[Feedback] Ranked rewards

I wouldn't normally post anything like this, but I started playing last year around mid-season, and by the time I had gotten to level 30, it was far too late for me to get into ranked, and I didn't think I was a good enough player to go into ranked modes of play. This season, I told myself I wasn't going to play ranked at all, so I went most of the season without playing it, but eventually I decided to test the waters and got placed in Silver III. Ranked has been the utmost worst experience I have ever gone through while playing League of Legends, and that opinion has only solidified the more I play ranked games. Ranked has pretty much ruined my League of Legends experience, and has stressed me out more than my graduate school studies.

My issue with the ranked rewards at this point is that they have them in effect, but when eCommerce talked about Lifetime RP rewards in their Q&A a while back, they said that they weren't doing it because people didn't feel satisfied with the rewards, and people felt that they were being excluded by not spending. Well, that can be applied to ranked rewards as well. A massive amount of the player base would not be able to receive rewards, thus being excluded (similar to non-buyers would be excluded to Lifetime RP rewards, essentially breaking that same train-of-thought that the eCommerce team used to rationalize not giving Lifetime RP rewards). I don't care about the borders and icons because everyone gets one, but skins should never be exclusive if Riot wants to treat all of the player base equally.

My suggestion/feedback at this point was to have the end of season Victorious skin eligible for purchase at the same time that it's given to Gold+ for a ranked reward. I don't care that they get it for free, but I think that lower tiers being excluded makes it unfair. I would gladly pay money to get a skin like Victorious Morgana because she's a champion I like, and I think the skin looks decent. Meanwhile, I've seen people in Gold contemplating demoting themselves because they don't want "that horrendous skin". TL;DR: Make the Victorious skin eligible for purchase at the end of the season while rewarding it to Gold+ players. That way everyone is able to equally get the skin (because that was the Riot eCommerce reasoning for scrapping Lifetime RP rewards - this shows very inconsistent thinking on Riot's part as a business).
