[Client] Avast finding malicious files in League update?

I don't know how many other people out there use Avast as an antivirus software, but I got on tonight and started to play, and Avast notified me that it blocked 3 files from the recent patch because they were malicious. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I'm using Mac OS X, updated the most recent patch, and now I'm repairing it, just in case.
