[CLIENT] Health & Resource bar bug

I just started playing again last night after the new patch had finished uploading, and I came across a bug with the health and resource bar on a couple of my games. At first, I thought the issue was Bard itself, but then I played another game as Kassadin, and realized it was happening with all champions. I started playing again today (1 ARAM, and 1 SR) and it was still continuing.

It's not game-breaking, but in terms of clarity, it is kind of annoying because the health and resource bars flicker and it's not completely clear. I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue? I've attached a photo as well, and the issue isn't clear because it's just a photo, but I don't know how to record video on my computer.

recently LOL crashed and i had to do a full reinstall this was just before patch 5.6 dropped the install took several hours and when it was done i had the same problem with my health and manna bar there is a good 1/8" section of the bar that flickers after taking damage or using a spell. It can be a real problem on manna dependent champs as I sometimes for get about it and will try to cast without enough manna.
