[STORE] "Skin" purchase appearing as "Account" purchase

I don't know if this has been an issue for anyone else when making purchases in the store or whatever, but I got the Guardian of the Sands Kha'zix when he was first released and I didn't realize it until about a week later that he wasn't appearing in my purchase history. For some reason the skin appears as an "Account" purchase for 975 and is non-refundable. I was wondering if anyone else had come across this issue recently? I haven't seen or heard anything, but when I contacted support they said that other people were having this issue as well, and that it would be fixed in 4.17 patch.

I don't want to refund the skin, I just want it to appear in my purchase history.
