I just bought $40 worth of chests to try and get that vayne skin. I didn't even come CLOSE to getting it. What makes riot think I would ever buy another chest again? HURR DURRR how about giving the option to TRADE in 40 - 80 skin shards for hextech stuff as well? DUHHH then I would be more inclined to purchase more. It's probably less than 1% chance to get that vayne skin right now. It would be r%%%%%ed for me to keep trying. It doesn't matter if I bought 100 chests, I STILL wouldn't come close because I keep getting duplicate shards, etc. What a scam.

You know that that skin is worth $300-$350.... No wonder you didn't get it from only $40 of chests. It is meant to be an extremely rare skin.
