I'm new-ish to League and I'm feeling out what roles to main. Mid is definitely my primary, but I'm deciding between top and jungle for my secondary. I have some junglers, but now I'm trying out top laners. Who should I buy? Who's good right now in top?

Strong & relatively easy picks: 
Top lane is quite heavily affected by counter picks; probably the most affected, actually. It all depends on your playstyle and which champ you want to learn the most. (Some picks are strong only in proper composition or timeframe of the game.)
I'll just give some of my personal favourite top laner
I'd strongly suggest rumble, as not only is he pretty easy to learn (just gotta keep the bar above 50% and try to harass enemies with abilities) but he also has few "hard counters" due to all the recent nerfs. Can also be played jg, so that doesn't make secondary-games a complete waste of time.
- She is 450 IP, a tank, and is pretty easy to play!
