(HELP) Penalty for Champ Select Client Crash

Hi Riot,

I've already tried redownloading your client recently to help remedy this issue but it seems I'm still getting it. I was in a ranked solo game and my client crashed after champ select and before the loading screen. The screen became black and didn't even allow me to alt tab out of it. I tried closing the game window so I could go back to the client after a while but it would not let me leave the black screen.

Please help and restore my queue to a regular time as well instead of the low priority queue as I was not trying to dodge. I'm finally getting to play Kaisa after her being banned so often! I wouldn't dodge when I got to select her!
