Can you please bring back showing enemy borders?
I miss being able to see the borders around the enemies. Why was this removed in the first place?

True i understand although you have to look at it in a non-ranked view as well because in normals its not uncommon with someone having a diamond border and then someone in bronze in the same game so it gives them scares and automatically there morale drops even if the diamond player isn't actually diamond anymore or good at all. If you have beaten someone mentally you have won the battle basically.
If we remove borders, we should remove skins too. I crap my pants whenever enemy team has 5 and I'm the only one on my team with a skin. It's much more scary than borders, especially Gentlemen Cho' Gath. Riot please make this happen! Remove enemy skins!

apparently it was removed to prevent scares o.O like i had mentioned well officially removed due to that although with now days lolnexus its kind of silly so i would concur that the borders should be brought back seeing how there are multiple sites in order to see what the enemy is rank wise.
Honestly...when I play, I look up the team that facing anyway, sure it might scare me but I like a challenge so...oh well? I'd like them back, saves a little time.

In Ranked, pretty much everyone will be +/- 2 divisions or so, unless you have something like a Plat 1 duoed with a Gold V with a tanked MMR.

In Normals the indicated rankings are often not very meaningful. They're from a season ago, and a lot of players don't "tryhard" nearly as much in Normals.

Could you give a good reason as to why it is necessary to see opponents' border? Will it improve how you play? Will it cause you to already be defeated in attitude before the game even starts? How do you benefit from knowing their previous season finish?
Because you should be playing smarter and your best regardless of who your opponent is. Your reasoning is that it will allow you to play reactionary to your enemy...why even let that be the case?

that was removed for the same reason that ping was removed. Apparently ppl got harass about their borders. Personally i think its silly to remove borders. A ton of ppl scout and see the rank anyways.
This i wish as well, although i believe it would cause issues with your own team because if the enemy is lets say full of such and such and your team has lower tier borders they can be intimidated and freak out although a lot of people use lolnexus anywho.

hmm that is true although why did they remove that in the first place actually I was on hiatus if thats how you spell it when borders first came out actually.
