Seriously most matches are decided pre-15 minutes
when you're down by 7 kills and youre 2 levels behind across the board pre 15 chances are you're not coming back(especially in low elo we're simply not good enough to make necessary outplays) the game just generally just snowballs further and you get stomped for 7 minute
I have won and lost games prior to 20 minutes (17 minutes was the earliest i think) if your able to do that the ff time should really be lowered
I was thinking this exact thing!! they want to make the games shorter, make the surrender vote shorter
Can we get rid of surrender altogether and make people play better or suffer? Stop using it as a crutch and get better so you don't have to use it.
The game we were down 4-21 that we came back to win (without dcs or afks) cured me of ever surrendering.
I would be okay with a 15 min surrender time if your team had an AFK, because nearly no one likes to play with afks. Also, if you offer a surrender and the vote is 3/1 and one person doesnt vote, I think that should count for surrender...
Also, can we get surrender at 10 minutes if we have an afk/DC? Dawngate (RIP), gave the option for super early surrenders in the case of 4 v 5s or large kill disparities. IMO you shoudl be able to surrender early if it is 20 to 0 at 8 minutes. Just because the enemy team can win quickly with that lead doesn't mean they will. They can just dick around farming up their builds and just towerdiving you without actually pushing your base and you just have to wait for 20 minutes. Just because people can surrender early doesn't mean it will be used everygame, especially in ranked.
