I will admit that I am toxic, and I hate most of the teammates i get paired up with. Solution: Don't talk or Mute them. Yeah, too bad you can get reported for that too... (Not Communicating with Team)

Fun fact: pings are a method of communication that do not require chat.
I tend to mute people in game by default, I've never been reported for 'not communicating'.
Also, pings.
Not Communicating means "ignoring team strategy" and not "refusing to chatter during the game".
As someone that ignore chat outside of champ select, I have /All chat off and mute all my team in every single game since season 2 and still no reports for such a thing.

Players are never banned for not communicating through chat in-game. In fact, a large portion of our games are completed with very few words being said at all. If you feel you need to communicate to your team, then you should use our improved Smart Ping feature. Smart Ping will allow you to communicate all vital information you might need in a manner that is much quicker than typing. Smart Ping allows the following commands to be given: On My Way, Enemy Missing (MIA), Be Careful, and Assist Me.
