can you get black alistar and human ryze from mystery gifts?
I want those 2 skins and was wondering if you could.

Collector's Edition skins, like the ones you've mentioned, could only be achieved through digital or retail Collector's Edition packs. You cannot receive them via Mystery Gifts.

Huh so my Corki and Kayle skins are still unobtainable? That's interesting. Kinda a pity since I don't use them and others can't haha
