Your best chance is if they bring it back during World's (in October) along with the next Championship skin. But there's no guarantee that will happen. Maybe you can get it through Mystery Gifts?

Sadly, it's gonna be a much rarer skin :/

Be thankful you don't want Championship Riven. That one is even more rare.
