Entire game without minimap or vision for anything
So the entire game was like this, (no mini map visual and some places like the nexus were not visible) making it hard to gank as i am a jg, was wondering if there's anything i can do to fix this.

Nah bro, You clicked on the new game mode. Hard mode. No vision on maps with a fixed camera in the middle of your champ.

It looks like the hud didn't load properly for you. You can try getting in a custom game (to check if it was a one time thing) but if you still get it, I would recommend repairing your client.
To repair your client, go to the patcher, click on the gear icon on the top right corner and you will see a repair button on the window that pops up.
This happened to me as well. There is apparently a way to disable your hud in your game options. You just need to check your options and disable the button that removes your hud panels.
