So that Rito will get the message and start nerfing its mid-usage and buff its jungle-usage instead

Sounds like your only requirement for deserving nerfs is whether it's played in LCS or not. It's losing its ability to proc Luden's on its own btw (Riot says it was a bug and unintentional). Not sure not much Runeglaive Ez will be used after he loses the ability to proc Luden's with Q.
