Leaver Buster Question

Does leaving a custom game that doesn't meet the minimum XP/IP requirements flag you in the system? When I get new champs or want to test a new build or just to see something (bugs, mostly), I'll go into Twisted Treeline or SR against 1 (sometimes 0) bots. When I get what I want accomplished, I'll leave. Just wondering if that flags my account or not.

In my opinion, Leaver Buster is broken. That is all I can say.
