Premades

So recently, I've been noticing that I'm being matched with quite a few Premades, mainly 3s and 4s. Now, I generally wouldn't have a problem with this except for a few reasons.

1. A lot of the time, they seem to think that they're entitled to whatever they want, and screw you for disagreeing. This was displayed to me (yet again) in my most recent match, where I was with a trio, someone instalocked Renekton top (this is normals, in case you didn't know), and didn't say anything. He didn't call top (as far as I know, call is the way to go in blinds), and then proceeded to essentially say screw you to the other player who had actually called top. Now, this isn't exactly abnormal, but the thing here is his buddies from his premade said he did call it, when myself and the other player hadn't even seen his call (unless we're 5,000,000 years behind I'm sure we'd have seen it). The other solo player then went to RQ before minions even spawned. We did win, but that's irrelevant. I think it's not right that so many premades (not all, some are actually nice people), just have this way of ignoring everyone else and basically shoving them into fill (no, that didn't happen to me... This isn't a river).

2. They lack communication. Even with duos, it's extremely frustrating. You go in game, you start doing your thing, and then boom, the duo bot let the enemy bot roam top and get free kills. Ok, it might have been a mistake, so I ask them to ping MIAs. Five minutes later, guess who shows up again? The enemy bot lane. More free kills (please don't say "why didn't you ward, you probably made a mistake". I generally do ward but it's not exactly my style to have everything warded all the time), and they haven't pinged or said anything at all. The problem is they're (probably) on Skype or something like it, and forget that there are 3/2/1 other players on their team.

3. A lot of the time, they just want to blame someone else. Say there are 3 people in a premade, and they have duo bot and a top. So bot and top feed, while mid and jungle farm the enemy mid and jungle. The typical response to "I'm 0/7... How did THAT happen?" is "F U NON PREMADE SCRUBS REPORTED". Even if you feed, too, they will STILL report you because "if you hadn't fed and let your lane/enemy roam we would have won", even if THEY are still 0/7. If you call a role and get it before one of them, when they wanted it, you won't hear the end of it, no matter what you do. They will rant if you go 10/0 "KS SO BAD", they will blame you if they die "MIAS/GANK NOOB", and they will most probably report you either way.

TL;DR Premades are often selfish and obnoxious and refuse to communicate, and I honestly think something has to be done about it

Disclaimer: I'm not opposed to Premades, and I know that not all Premades are like this, and some are actually quite nice, but I think I described the majority (from what I've seen).
