Are booster/spammers really allowed...?

Keep getting friend requests by spammers for their booster sites (which, if you do buy, screw you for supporting their bullshit) with an immediate removal and them going offline. So why can't we report them? It's obnoxious and stupid. The only point to them is for lazy people with nothing good to spend their money on buying an in-game boost in RANKINGS. Rito please put an option to report our new "friends".

(Was gonna put this in "Report a Bug" but I don't think people'd see the humor in that)
