Weekly Sales @ Riot

Can you please take a look at your sale schedules for February and March?

Every single skin that is going to be on sale has already been on a previous sale. There aren't any new skins on the schedule that haven't been on sale individually. The last skin that was completely new to weekly sales was way back in December, it was Elderwood Hecarim.

I know there are players joining the game constantly and they would like to get their hand on skins so putting old skins on discount is necessary. But there are players that have been playing since before that already own the skins that have been released at least more than 2 years ago and would like to get skins too. I've been waiting impatiently for Snow Day Bard. My friend is waiting for Spiritfire Brand and another is waiting for Gravelord Azir. These skins should have gone on sale by now but they haven't.

I think you need to take a look at your schedule making policies and include a couple of skins every month that haven't ever gone on sale individually before. Maybe at least 2 from each pricing tier during a month, and then add them to rotations where they go on sale after X rotations/days/months.

Also if you take a look at champions then Kindred, Illaoi and Jhin haven't gone on sale either in these weekly sales. Jhin is excusable but it's been more than a year since the release of the other two and they still haven't made an appearance on these sales.

It was super generous of you to bump the number of champs and skins available during a sale to 4 from 3 back in 2015 but there isn't much sense to it if the same content keeps getting recycled and put on sale again and again and again.
