Shyvana, sejuani, maokai, rumble is getting more popular, lee sin if you are willing to put in 100-200 normal games on him, hecarim is good right now, and graves can still jungle. If you want to spend less, there are a lot of options.
Shyvana

Teaches you the most about the jungle, can change builds mid game, can fill whatever role is needed by this team at the time.
No idea how much he costs anymore, but he is the best jungler to pick up
id have to agree with a
or
both are very usefully at all stages of game. they can provide alot of teams. they can go damage or tank. i personally play
jungle alot. but i like tanky cc champs. and typically it allows flexibility to team comps.
has one of the highest win rates as a jungler too.
Some champions I enjoy playing are:
Sejuani became one of my main champions in late Season 4. I love playing her. She might seem weak at first, but if you know how to use her well enough (and ward enough) she'll be a beast. She is a pure tank, but her build is flexible; you can go for either more health (
) or a defensive AP item (
) if you are fed and looking for damage. Her damage is surprisingly high with only HP items. She is also very good at teamfighting if you can land her ult, which can be a little bit tricky since it is a bit difficult against experienced players.
She is also my first Mastery 5 champion, but my KDA is not good enough for level 6 (I keep getitng As because I mostly play on objectives).
Shyvana was my first jungler. I have been enjoying playing her since the introduction of Feral Flare. She is very good at ganking, counterjungling, and dueling, but she lacks CC for ganks. Her build is again very flexible. You can build based on her lack of CC (
or
(or sometimes both),
(more slowing items)
etc.) and still be a very good tank killer. I played her a lot in Season 5 to counter tanks in the tank meta.
Skarner is pretty good at both ganking and getting objectives. His ultimate can easily turn the tides of a game, and lead your game to victory even if your entire team is feeding.
Hecarim's sustain, damage, and teamfighting capabilities make him one of the best junglers in this meta. He is also very tanky.
I like
but her jungle can be a little tight,
clears better and is similar and I have always loved
. If you are new to the jungle then
is the easiest of this type of AP/tank jungler.
It really depends on what style suits your best, I know that I like controlling teamfights and objectives and so these are my preferred champions.
is easily the best in the game right now.
is a great simple champ to use, lots of CC very tanky.
Lee sin is an option
BUT
He's tough to learn (or I'm just having trouble) and it will take a lot of time to get good with him
Don't expect to LCS play the shit out of things at first...
If that's even a term
has been one of my favorites since way back in season two, godly sustain, his ganks aren't too bad if you get the pillar right, and he becomes a behemoth late game if you ult a tank
he's fun and all around really good in almost any meta
Udyr. Period. Freelo.
Master Yi was my first jungler and I would've gotten mastery 6 or 7 with him if I could get 40 more blue essence. Only 450 ip, easy to play, no leash needed either so you don't get messed up by your team
