Top bard with trinity, Armour or Mr boots, dead man's plate, duskblade, Ghost blade and botrk. Situational items are: literally anything you can build most items and bard will still wreck.

By far it has got to be

Bowling Ball Rammus item 3152 item 1402 item 3001 item 3020 item 3089 item 3157 with Stormraider's Surge. You go towards the enemy ADC late game, protobelt smite hit them with powerball, they die. and if they don't, then you press ult and keep up with them using Stormraider's. Q has a 1:1 scaling, and over the entire duration the ult alone does over or around 1200 damage. And for teamfights, you just q flash into the team press ult and zhonyas to melt everyone around you.
