Flex Still isn't balanced.

I keep getting all of these players doing their replacement game, and they are absolutely awful. I look at their flex rank after the game, and somehow, silver flex players are still playing in plat 4 flex region, and it isn't just my team.

Whichever team has them loses. The last one I had even fed 0/4 by the 6 and then afk'd.
