Was one of Karthus' jokes changed?

Not sure if the longstanding bug and this are related at all (I hear Elise in spider form has the same issue, so probably not), but Karthus' joke used to be, iirc:

"Listen, mortals, as I speak the word of...Michael Bolton."

It now sounds like (and this is also listenable on the wiki, linked below):

"Listen, mortals, as I speak the word of...my cookbook." (It sounds a little unnatural, though, like they took the words "Michael Bolton" and cut up the syllables to make it sound like that)

Maybe someone said they can't use Michael Bolton's name directly like that, but I just found it odd it was changed. If his in-game VO worked at all, I'd be able to actually test it, but sadly it still seems disabled.
