Do i get to change the background for my profile?

my background is currently Riven, and i guess it picks the champion you play most. However my friend has Elemntalist lux which is also a moving pic, however he hardly plays the chamion, so i wanted to know if you could change the champion and or skin or is it just something people who get elemtalist lux can do because she costs so much?
