STRANGE BUGS MUST READ

unfortunately i do not have any recording software nor was i able to take screenshots, whenever i try to take screenshots in game via PrtSc and paste it into paint it just comes out black.

Firstly this was on my low level 30 account which i only play normals on. "The real Stormzy"

Firstly the loading screen took an incredibly long time to load, like 4 minutes Once i got into game the clock read 6 minutes however when i looked at the lanes everyone was level 1 and still had doran items, albiet they had no cs as well . that was the first thing, the clock was about 5 to 6 minutes or so ahead of what the actual game timer was.

The 2nd and probably the most mysterious one was the game speed. Now i have brilliant internet, and for that whole game i had 16 ms with 80 fps, however, the speed of the game was incredibly, slowed down. for majority of the game i played in slow motion, - x2 of the normal game speed. it was weird, but unlike normal lag or whatever, there were no freezing, no randomly teleporting across the map, the game was normal and still playable, but just in slow motion. I didn't try exit and re log, because you know why? i was able to dodge skill shots like a fkin boss. it was like some god level cheat. at around "16 minutes of the fake game timer" the game was no longer in slow mo and was back to normal speed, but because i had played the game up until that point in slow mo it felt like the game was sped up x2 but im pretty sure it was normal game speed.

Yeh dont know what to make of it, first time anything like that has ever happened. How was i able to play in slow mo whilst everyone else seemed to play at their normal speed ? is it a rupture in space time? really dunno, was really freaky but also really fun and cool to be able to play like a GOD.
