My fav advice: "Stop feeding" as if the player didn't already know that dying was a bad thing.
It mostly annoys me when the person saying "don't pick X they are bad in the meta" has obviously not seen the patch notes of the last 4 months. "Don't pick Sion jungle!" Me: "Dude, I've been playing him in jungle since the relaunch and they just buffed him even harder. Pls read the patch notes."
depends if its ranked or not. if its ranked it should fit into the team comp and you better have tried it before that game a lot. had a liss go jungle and bard go top in a ranked game liss couldn't clear any camp. and bard did nothing entire game except let top free farm.
and saying dude buy zhonyas, is good and bad say it nice and give a few items maybe people don't rember what items are good. i tell supports to get a 
if other team has snares and stuff and the support is like oh forgot about that item.
but i get what your saying it gets annoying.
There are champs that will make you hate life when you pick them. Sure, mains can take advantage of the fact that nobody knows how to deal with them (just saw a guy playing Noct and it was almost comical, enemy team didn't even understand the concept of a spellshield) but I wouldn't trust some random unless I checked their match history.
