2 of the skins on my snowdown shop were repeated into the lunar one. If i didnt want it then, i dont want it now. The lux skin is also a worse deal than last time. I dont play nasus. no idea why its there Same for khazix. Morg is ok ill prolly get the kass skin

They are somewhat randomized, and if you play a lot of Lux and have many skins for her, the store will think you will want to complete your collection.

I think the unplayed/owned champions (I got Uncle Ryze and Heimerdinger) is an attempt to get you to try/buy other champions.
