I don't know much about computers, but I'd like to buy this cheap one. Is it possible to tell if it's able to run Overwatch specifically?

That pc is actually worse than mine, probably can run overwatch with 600x400 resolution. Sovling that problem would require you to buy a newer gfx card for it. and most likely along with that a new PSU.

I would recommend not getting pre built computers. They are really bad. Only good things about this set up is it has 16GB of ram and a 1TB hard drive.

Try looking into getting each part on there own and get better parts for a custom PC.
