Uhhh is it me, or did the minions somehow got FATTER?

Like everytime, I was literally minion blocked in every corner I walked into. I even also got blocked off by 3 caster minions that acts like an ult. Thanks to that, I lost loads of cs, & got self-trapped so my lane opponent gets to deal more poking damage than he normally does.

Is this a new bug, or does Rito intentionally wants to see more "LCS plays" or w/e that makes $$$...?
