Anyone know a great software to make guitar tabs on a PC (Windows)?

I've been searching Google but can't find anything. I normally get a trial to see how it is and depending on it i'd most likely buy it. But all the tabmakers i've seen sucks. Any ideas?

And drawing a tab on notepad takes too long. Plus I can't properly time it.
