is it even worth reporting someone for feeding if they did not do it hardcore?

im sure we have all had this happen before someone starts flaming so in response the other guy goes and feeds a couple kills to that guys lane or just walks down lane into the team....or they are bored and want the game to end so they just walk 1v5 into the enemy team and just dies because his team wont surrender and he wants the game to be over.

so yeah he did it intentionally but it was not super hard so will the system catch it?
