Upvotes and downvotes... if you ain't going to read it don't downvote.

Just looking along the Miscellaneous section of the boards, practically everything has been downvoted. Then you look at each post and half of them are people simply asking questions like "How does it work if you have 50% crit." That is sitting on -3 downvotes right now. I highly doubt that someone asking about how crits works deserves to be downvoted. So something that may help with this is having to actually READ the post before downvoting. Like maybe after clicking on the post you can upvote immediately, but cannot downvote for like a minute or something. Or just remove upvotes and downvotes in general or make them invisible until you vote yourself. Boards really doesn't need upvotes and downvotes for any reason and if you made it blind it would slightly help in people making unbiased decisions.
