@Riot, Your Summoner Page SHOULD BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE

So I was looking at my page, and I noticed that my summoner icon applies Udyr's skin http://imgur.com/a8pl3El

I knew this happened, though it got me thinking, "Why can't we customize everything on here?"

Like for example: Sell more Summoner Icons that would change the portrait to another champion/skin. Things that don't just come with a 30 dollar skin. Also, allow a background color change. This is an obvious one, since it definitely applies the uniqueness factor in each profile. I also think it'd just be fun. Maybe add a few options like "Favorite Quote" and you're allowed to type it in or something. Just a little extra that let's players have some fun out of game.
