Are the older chromas like Zac and Lucian not on IP sale for a reason?

Was wondering myself.

They sudenly spinned their promise, here is the deal with chroma IP sales:

1. chromas released since the last chroma sale will not be on the next chroma sale (such as the newest xin chromas for example)

2. chromas that were available for IP during the last sale will not be available during the next sale but will skip it and come after that one (so during the last sale the unavailable chromas were ones such as debonair ezreal, high noon yasuo, mecha malphite etc. so because only they werent in the last sale and all the other were (fizz,garen,blitz,zac,cassio) , they will be the only ones in this sale, they wont be in next september sale when fizz,garen,blitz,zac,cassio return joined by newest available ones such as dragonslayer xin etc.)

I think I grasped what you said, but I'm really tired.

So dragon xin will NOT be on IP sale during the next sale go around 6 months from now? But will be on IP sale 1 year from now?

But in 6 months from now Lucian and Zac will be on IP sale again?

See I would've bought the head hunter yi skin with RP and then his chromas with IP.

Now I'm buying nothing.
