They released a champion who's ultimate was stealing an enemies ult and uses it on them/the thief with the damage and scaling the person it was stolen from had, any cc involved in it is doubled and put theirs on cooldown but gives the thief a cooldown 2x longer (I.E. Rank 1 Curse of the Sad Mummy would be a point and click on Amumu himself forcing him to ult everything around him, have a base damage of 150,an entanglement lasting 4 seconds everyone around him,would put amumu's ult on its normal cooldown of 2:30,and would would give the thief a cooldown of 5 minutes.where as things like aatrox would be given to the thief for the normal duration). Which champions would be affected most, which champion would hinder them most, and why.
