So I was in the middle of a promo, and about halfway through when I got slammed with the classic "Attempting to reconnect" sign. This would not be very noteworthy and I normally would go be mad about it in silence. BUT this time I am suspicious of the cause. I don't think it was the fault of Riot's servers because at the same time my anti-malware software blocked about 10 incoming junk files all at once. That has never once happened to me before. I don't claim to be a computer expert, but am I correct to suspect a DDos attack? Or is that problem no longer a thing... I am only suspicious on this one because that is the first time that exact sequence of events has happened. I've disconnected due to internet problems before, having the great judgment to play during a thunderstorm, Server issues, and for a while my internet sucked etc... but this result was a new one. I never successfully reconnected and presumable my team surrendered @20 or something because I was out for about 10 minutes at the 15-17 minute mark I think. I had just killed an Akali top and was preparing to take a turret with my mid laner when this happened. But that is irrelevant, I only post this because I have no idea what to think at this point, and just needed to complain (No I'm not toxic I hardly ever speak outside of congrats or offering a strategy) I don't expect anything to get done about it I'm just venting so I don't vent on people who don't deserve it in the next game. Not even sure if I'm putting this in the right board, don't really like the boards and have never used them to create a discussion before.
