Riot's casual shade in the 2016 review

For anyone who has seen the 2016 ranked season review.

Riot listing off the best things about each region, they got to the phillipines and was all like "Uhhhh, ummmm... Hey! You guys are better at dying than any other region! Gold Star!

That was the thing in the region listings that stuck out the most to me. What did you guys notice?
