Almost every recently released champ has been 6300 IP. I havent been playing for too long, but do champions drop in price or are the released at, like, 4800 or 3150? Eventually there will just be too many 6300 IP champions, or Riot will make another tier for 7400 or something. Can anyone clarify?

New champions are always 6300. The first week or so I believe they cost 7800. They do occasionally lower the price of other champions, but it isn't as often as they release new ones.
Ight lemme run it down how it works. new champs the first week will always be 7300, the next week after they will be 6300 while a champion previously in the 6300 tier will be dropped down to 4800. Same thing every new champion.
