This is getting a little ridiculous. Did you outsource server maintenance to Niantic?

Don't worry guys Niantic is on the case, we had to have the servers go down while we remove some of your favourite features like being able to play the game.
Hahahah - This could definitely be true. Considering the circumstances, I would not put it passed Niantic to team up with Riot. Either that or PoodleCorp is trolling once again.
if you logged i this morning and never logged out you can still play :P
