Legacy and Limited Skins available

So uh...I have noticed that a lot of legacy skins were added in the limited availability category in the store. Including Butcher Urgot, the one skin to complete this account.

Well anyways, what I am wondering is, were these skins always here? Or is it a special occasion, most likely Christmas, that these are back in shop for a while? And if yes, how long will these last?

it's not all legacy skins btw, like olympic and challenger skins aren't available currently

limited skins are never available

Legacy skins return to the shop every now and then (few times a year). They usually last a week or so then are gone till they resurface once again.
