Champ Pick Ban
Why? Why does this happen so many times and goes unpunished? Why are people allowed to ban your pick just for shits and giggles, and even admit it in champ select? Is this not a bannable offense?

I ban people's picks if A) it's the first week of release or B) if it's way out of meta so far out that there's no way it'll work
Pantheon has a 2% ban rate yet he gets banned in at least 10% of my ranked games just by allies. It is a problem and leads to me dodging thus, losing LP and time.
edit: i forgot to add this bit: yes, it is bannable, according to the rules, but i doubt anyone ever will; its still griefing, thus bannable.
fellow on and off urgot main here. i suck at the game in general but hate how urgots get treated even worse than others whilst having bad games. i hate the toxic community in general, but the attitude toward urgot mains is ridiculous.
