I mean come on, he defeated the Entire justice League, if that's not broken I dont know what is (there's actually a movie where this plan is set to action)

in every comic book, even in parallel worlds, Batman always wins, not by force, he will actually leave a war zone to seek out a weakness or help to defeat an enemy. he does not care about anything, he was willing to blow up darkside's home world to rescue Superman's Niece. he uses his master mind like "powers" and out wits everyone, he beats humans with force if need be, but he leaves super human "gods" to his trusty Intellect.

now to be fair in both dc and Marval heroes powers are always tuned down, which is very annoying. thor from the live movies avengers 1 and 2 is weak as hell, it made sense, this guy can has insane power. but if they didn't take away some of his powers, people would think the other Avengers are weak, like hawkeye and captain america, you didnt realy think Iron man can actually spar with Thor, that fight would end in a second.

so the movie will be cool and all, but it's going to be stupid, Superman would not want to hurt batman. he will think about what he should do while Batman works his magic in his cave, making plans, finding out superman's weak points (Kryptonite/magic/emotional distress). in the end they will face each other, but Superman never uses his full power because he might break an entire city with one freaking punch, so it will be a tie or superman will lose.

did I spoil it for you? good, here a scene from the actual movie, it's already planed to be remade into live action.

p.s.

Batman didnt actually defeat Superman 1 vs 1 in a fair fight in any cannon (tho there are so many worlds so who knows), superman real powers (when he's not superman 10k living in earth's sun and is now a god) is more like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkFzXkpjXmM
