Why would you place a skin available for free on sale?
why? garen skin available for free by following on twiitter, but it was on sale so I bought it.
can't resist a sale.

The way they determine what is next on sale is based on a system and is not random, so it probably comes up on its own because it isn't a legacy skin (like Unchained Alistar and Riot Girl Tristana are). If you want a refund then send in a support ticket. Do you know where those are found?
