We have Blind Picks & Draft Picks. Why not Blind Draft? (Only for Normals)

I don't see why anybody won't want this type of mode to happen in Normal games. I mean, first, you can ban champs that you really hate to see, and second, you guys can take your time figuring out which lanes you wanted to go instead of arguing after some douche autolocks lanes here & there. Plus, process is a little faster than a Draft pick since Blind Draft have bans to do.
