How to the Dragon Trainers and Dragon Slayers not have interactions

I can't see them not having some form of interactions. They are thematically opposed and no one will ever have both, so why don't they have something for each other. This is in need of a remedy.

An interaction between both factions would be pretty cool.

excellent question!!! i couldnt see an interaction between lulu and tris yesterday either!
