If, whenever they do a V.U for tristana, RIOT could un-vault it as a true legendary, that'd be great.

Was retired for a reason?
My guess is that the skin was released before they established the current standard for Legendary skins
Ancient skin made before standards for Legendary skins were made, there's a reason they threw it into the vault with the other non-Legendary Legendary skins.
And it won't get updated to Legendary standard with a VU (eg: new voice), Magnificent Twisted Fate didn't nor is Alien Heimderdinger.
