Is anyone else getting a TF2 Scout vibe from Ekko?

After seeing the quotes and champion design for Ekko, I couldn't help but be reminded of the scout from TF2. They're both relatively young, confident, occasionally sarcastic damage dealers with low health that love jumping into the middle of a fight at high speeds. Both use bats (or bat-like objects) as their melee weapons. Ekko even has an animation for his W that shows his clone using his weapon to hit a baseball (it's not really a baseball but it might as well be) and says something along the lines of "Batter up!"

Anyone else think this, or is it just me?
